PFSC’s internal servicing structure allows us to service a wide-range of asset types while maintaining high servicing standards. We accomplish this by segregating the different asset classes into specialized servicing groups. Within each group, servicing functions that require specific asset and portfolio experience are performed. These include cash application, customer service, asset management, collections, and post default management.
