While PFSC embraces business process outsourcing, substantially all of the services provided by PFSC are performed by PFSC staff.  We do not subcontract or offshore collection or customer service functions; we do not utilize third parties to perform sales/use or personal property tax compliance work; and, we do not have third parties perform invoicing, insurance tracking or other administrative functions.  These are core competencies at PFSC which PFSC employees perform.  There are occasions when PFSC must rely upon third parties and, when we do so, we ensure that our partners are world-class and can provide PFSC and our clients with superior products, services and support.  Below are some of PFSC’s strategic partners:
